The regulatory context Ordinary Industrial Waste (DIB) DIBs are not legally defined. They include all non-hazardous waste produced by manufacturers, businesses, traders, etc. Although they are not produced by households, they are similar to household waste and follow similar processing channels (recycling, energy recovery, storage).récupération de béton Recycling concrete has been a reality for many years since between 60% and 70% of concrete from deconstruction is recovered as road sub-base. Traceability : The order of February 29, 2012 sets the information that must appear in the waste tracking register kept up to date by the waste producer. The keeping of the register applies to all hazardous or non-hazardous waste. Euromecc has always paid particular attention to environmental aspects by offering its customers solutions capable of fully satisfying the requirements of the legislation in force. To solve the serious problem of recovering residual concrete and washing mixer trucks and pumps, Euromecc has created two solutions: EURO-ECO and EURO-WASH . The EURO-ECO and EURO-WASH systems are intended to treat the residual concrete contained in the mixer trucks and in the pumps at the end of the work cycle. This diluted concrete, thanks to a screw separation system, is divided into aggregates and water containing particles of cement and silt in suspension. The washed aggregates can be reintroduced into the concrete manufacturing cycle; the water, at the same time flowing into special tanks equipped with agitators to keep the solid material in suspension, is used, with appropriate submersible pumps, both in the production cycle and in the washing of trucks mixers themselves.
